Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@siriustarotco.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and items (a short video is helpful).
Resolution If the issue is confirmed, we may offer—depending on the case:
• a replacement, or
• a partial/full refund, or
• another appropriate resolution.
Change-of-Mind Returns For change-of-mind returns, eligibility may vary depending on item condition (unused/unopened) and international shipping constraints. Please message us with your order number and details so we can confirm the available option before any return is sent.
Do Not Send Returns Without Approval Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.
Shipping & Customs Fees For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and any customs fees are typically the customer’s responsibility. Duties/VAT charged by authorities may be non-refundable.
