Where We Ship From Orders ship from Turkey.
Processing Time In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. For pre-orders / limited drops, the shipping date is shown on the product page. During promotions and peak periods, processing times may increase slightly.
Shipping Cost Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method. If a free-shipping promotion applies, it will be applied automatically.
Delivery Time Delivery time varies by destination and carrier route. Once your order ships, the most accurate updates are shown via your tracking link. Holidays and customs processing may extend transit time.
Tracking You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Customs Duties / VAT International orders may be subject to customs duties and/or VAT depending on local regulations. These fees are typically paid by the recipient. Customs processes can affect delivery timelines.
Address Issues / Undeliverable Parcels Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost / Delayed Parcels If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at info@siriustarotco.com. We can initiate an investigation with the carrier when applicable. If tracking shows “Delivered,” please check with household members/neighbors/building management and the local carrier first.
Damaged Package If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours at info@siriustarotco.comwith your order number.
